Privacy Policy

LoreRoad, a product of Fluxaro LLC ("we," "us"), is a road-trip companion app. We keep data collection to what the app needs to work, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We use no ad SDKs and no cross-app tracking.

What we collect

• Email address and a user ID, to create and manage your account.
• Precise location, used live while you drive to find interesting places near you. It is used to fetch facts and is not stored against your account.
• States visited (coarse location), saved to your account so your map fills in.
• Content you create: party names, trip notes, and the questions you ask Lore. Lore messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply.
• Purchase history (your subscription status), to unlock features.

How we use it

To surface location-aware facts, power Lore's answers, sync your maps and game progress, manage your subscription, and operate and improve the app. That's it.

Who processes your data

• OpenAI processes the questions you ask Lore and generates facts. Do not send sensitive personal information to Lore.
• Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting) store and serve your account data.
• Apple processes subscription payments. We never see your card details.
• [Voice: if enabled, ElevenLabs processes text to generate spoken audio.]

Location

The app asks for location only to tell you about the places you pass. You can decline or revoke it in your device settings at any time; the demo trip still plays via its pre-set route.

Children

LoreRoad is rated for ages 9+ and is designed for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Kid mode adds a content filter.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app (Account → Delete account). Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct your data. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
